Problem: The push button does not display
Solution: Please check that the battery power is charged and that the insulating paper in the battery Block has been removed.

Problem: The displayed temperature is not correct
Solution: Please clean the sensor and be sure to follow the Instruction Manual for proper procedures. Check that the ambient temperature is between16℃ and 40.0℃ (60.8℉~104.0℉) and that the EAR / FOREHEAD setting is correct.

Problem: "Err 2" is shown on the display window.
Solution: Please check that the ambient temperature is between 16℃ and 40.0℃ (60.8℉~104.0℉). The inappropriate ambient temperature
will result in "Err 2" when oprating the thermometer.
